My Role & Responsibilities
In this project, I independently spearheaded a comprehensive redesign of the BookMyShow app's key flow within a remarkable timeframe of under 48 hours. My responsibilities encompassed thorough research, user persona development, problem identification, brainstorming, conceptualising a robust design system, and crafting a high-fidelity, user-centric design for the key flow. This involved a holistic approach, combining strategic thinking, creative design, and execution to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and create an engaging interface for efficient ticket booking and event discovery.
